Urepel Restaurant in San Sebastián

Under the new ownership of Peru Almandoz, this restaurant continues to be one of the favourites in San Sebastian.

It meets all the criteria required in Basque cuisine, good quality fresh seasonal ingredients are used in the elaboration of all its dishes together with creativity and modernity. In fact Peru Almandoz has reinterpreted many classic Basque dishes.

Dishes such as 'mariscos en tempura', 'maki de atún ahumado con frutos del mar and de la huerta', 'los Lomos de merluza de pincho a la papillote and salsa verde' or 'el Ossobuco de cierva con risotto en costra de queso', 'el Lomo de gamo macerado en hierbas' and 'oliva con guarnición del bosque'.

It has very good desserts such as 'la Tarta Sacher en vaso' or 'la torrija de brioche'. The set menu is highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly service and very good value for money. Reservations necessary.
