A very good classic restaurant with a very nice terrrace overlooking the Bidasoa...
It has an elegant dining room. Traditional cuisine coupled with excellent quality, faithfully elaborated by Ramón Roteta, the head chef. Classic recipes sit alongside some more innovative dishes on the well balanced menu.
Dishes such as rice and vegetables in sea food sauce, roast monkfish with poached eggs and truffle and foie. Not to mention the homemade cheeses, for dessert you could have the white chocolate cream pudding.
A wide range of wines on the wine list. Very good service making this a perfect choice for guests at the Parador in Hondarribia
