This restaurant is small, friendly and cosy and can be found in the old part of San Sebastian. It offers good Basque cuisine with some innovative dishes using fresh seasonal produce.
The variety of the dishes on offer range from anchovy salad with tomato jelly, pickled tuna pie to sliced cod in tradtional 'pil-pil' sauce. The desserts deserve a special mention such as the apple pastry with thyme ice cream or the cold chocolate souffle.
The excellent service makes having a meal here all the more enjoyable. You get very good value for money, especially with the set menu. Very popular - reservations recommended.
