This restaurant is located in the Miramon Technological Park above the city centre next to the new Science Museum (KUTXA ESPACIO).
The chef, José Mari Arbelaitz with roots in Zuberoa, has been awarded one Michelin star. He is very ambitious in his culinary creations using new flavours and techniques.
Among the best known dishes on offer Rafael García Santos recommends "La cigala asada dispuesta sobre manitas de cerdo nadando en una embriagadora crema de garbanzos perfumada con nuez moscada"or "El cochinillo asado con macadamias. Desserts include an exquisite apple tart with vanilla ice cream and custard.
