This restaurant is set in 'el Palacio de Ozaeta', a historic building dating back to 1565 which is located on the banks of the Deba river on the outskirts of Bergara. The building has been carefully restored by Koldo Lasa himself. It has a wonderful dining room with some beautiful windows looking out onto the garden.
Its excellent cured meats are prepared by the restaurant and go very well with other dishes on offer. The desserts are both delicious and innovative.
María Pilar Gallastegui is in charge of the dining room. Worthy of Relais & Chateaux recognition...
