This restaurant is located in the area known as Hortaleza, near the Parque Conde de Orgaz. It is in a welcoming, secluded villa with 3 dining rooms, one of which has an open fireplace and sloping roof. It is run by the Suárez sisters who produce creative cuisine with influences from Extremadura.
Exotic dishes such as ostrich and kangaroo. Game is always on the menu. Other dishes include 'Callos con garbanzos' or 'Estofado de ciervo al vino tinto con setas sitake y castañas'.
Excellent service. Wine list with over 100 Spanish wines and a wine cellar containing some 3000 bottles. It has a very pleasant terrace in the summer. It's a good idea to reserve beforehand.
