El cenador de Salvador is located in the Sierra de Guadarrama, 46 kms and 50 minutes drive from Madrid. The restaurant is set in an elegant villa with a garden terrace (it can be a bit noisy). A lot of attention is placed on details such the decor and plates, cutlery, glasses...etc
Salvador Gallego has recently been awarded one Michelin star and has experience working in different countries. Quality and creativity with a personal touch - international and national influences in his dishes. He has also received the National Gastronomic Prize.
The restaurant has a short menu which is changed daily in accordance with what ingredients are in season and available that day. It consists of a mix of traditional and creative dishes from "Alubias de Tolosa, con su matanza", "Guiso de patatas y cocochas de merluza a la vasca" or "Ensalada de sushi de bacalao con vinagreta de sobrasada".
