This restaurant is centrally located near the Retiro park, the Prado museum, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Bank of Spain...It is a spacious restaurant with an elegant atmosphere. It has 5 private rooms which makes it ideal for business lunches.
Famous chefs such as Iñaki Camba (Restaurante Arce) or Andrés Madrigal author of “Placeres de alcoba” have passed through this restaurant's kitchen which has also been influenced by the creativity of chefs such as Juan Mari Arzak, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Vergé.
At present the chef is Cesar Martín (La Abacería de la Villa) the restaurant is very popular at the moment so reservations recommended.
José María Marrón is in charge of the dining room which offers an excellent service.
