Yandiola is located in the centre of Bilbao
next to the river and near the townhall. Its local, minimalist decoration and
warm atmosphere makes it an attractive place to dine.
This restaurant's chef Ricardo Pérez has excellent experience working only for the best: Hotel Café de París de Biarritz, Goizeko Kabi, Martín Berasategui, La Pergola (NH de Villa de Bilbao)... Today he is one of the most promising young chefs in the Basque country.
An interesting menu innovative in its flavours and textures used for its outstanding garnishes and sauces. The cod dishes have received various awards.
