Beautiful Spanish finca in the suburbs of Elche surrounded by villas, old country estate houses and gardens. Lovely garden with terrace. Susy Diaz creates in the kitchen and her husband welcomes customers and presides over the waiting staff. Innovative, creative cuisine using local traditional ingredients and produce. Tastefully decorated inside, where wood and stone blend to create a rustic atmosphere and the original lighting and ceiling provide the finishing touch. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Recommended dishes Smoked cod; seabass; warm salad with prawn tails in a pistacho and pumpkin seed vinagrette; beef casserole on a bed of puréed potatoes with nutmeg; blackberry sorbet with white chocolate. The almond crunch, caramelised popcorn and turron chocolates served with coffee are also delicious. Amazing wine list. We recommend the menu degustación with small portions of La Finca's most popular creations. A bit pricey, but worth it. |
Additional information Closes on Sunday evenings, Mondays. Also closed at Easter and most of January. |
