1. Prepare the fish by sprinkling a few pinches of salt over the pieces then set
aside
2. Put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a baking dish and
place the fish steaks in the dish moving them around so that they are well covered
in oil - place in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 20 mins
3. Remove the fish from the oven and place on a large plate
4. Pour
a generous amount of olive oil into a frying pan and place over a high heat add
the sliced garlic and chopped parsley fry for a few minutes until the garlic turns
golden
5. Finally pour the hot oil over the fish steaks,
sprinkle a few drops of vinegar on top and serve immediately
