Spanish tapas recipe: Green olives in a herb sauce

Basic ingredients:

  • 300g green olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
Steps to making Spanish olives in herb sauce:

 







 
 



 





 

 





 
 


1. Crush the olives (you don´t need to remove the stones) by bashing them with a rolling pin

2. Place the olives, crushed garlic cloves and chopped parsley in a glass jar and pour over some olive oil (about 2 tbsp) - shake all ingredients together keep in the fridge before serving
